It is one of three frameworks being prepared by Fusion21, collectively valued at £360m over four years.
The repairs and maintenance framework has an estimated value of £210m and covers properties owned or managed by Fusion21's nationwide clients and procurement partners, including Northern Housing Consortium.
Contracts are being split into eight regions and five lots: central heating, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors.
Fusion21 is also advertising , estimated at £50m over four years, and another four-year , estimated to be worth £100m.
