Innovation Chain North West (ICNW) is a purchasing consortium comprising Great Places Housing Group, Adactus Housing Group, Plus Dane Group and Harvest Housing, as well as 30 other housing associations.
The framework is divided into eight lots, valued from £500,000 up to £3.5m and between £3.5m and £10m, and divided into regions. The majority of the schemes will be delivered in the northwest but will be spread across the north of England.
