The TW3 framework, launched on 11th February, is intended to help public sector bodies access best value, quality products for new projects. Alongside product choices, TW3 offers a technical support service including planning requirements, design advice and regulatory issues such as building regulations.
LHC director John Skivington said: “We are pleased to have launched this new framework ensuring our customers have access to a wide range of high quality timber products at competitive prices. Users of the TW3 framework will also benefit from technical advice and ongoing project support offered by LHC.
“The interest from contractors across the UK was excellent. All bidders went through a robust evaluation process in line with EU regulations to identify those companies which were most suitable in each of the regions.”
