Regeneration Liverpool, Sigma’s regeneration partnership with Liverpool City Council, is building 200 homes on the site of the former Queen Mary School in the Fazakerly district of north Liverpool.
Some 64 of the new homes will be made available to rent under Sigma's private rented sector joint venture with Gatehouse Bank. Total development cost of these units is estimated at £6.7m.
The remaining 136 homes will be for private sale, with development being undertaken by Countryside Sigma, Sigma’s joint venture with Countryside Properties. Õ¥Ö¼§ is expected to be completed over approximately 36 months, with all rental units expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
