The total development, which will be delivered in three phases, will result in 13,600 square metres of open space, a new public route from Clapham Junction station to Wandsworth Common, community facilities, commercial space, and 527 homes – and increase from the existing 353.
The exisitn gbloaks will be knocked down and replaced by new medium-rise blocks with apartments for social rent, shared ownership and market sale.
The project is expected to take eight years to complete.
