West Sussex County Council is procuring the framework on behalf of a consortium of local authorities that also includes Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council, Kent County Council, Medway Council, and Brighton & Hove Council.
The contract is divided by value into two lots: build projects worth less than £2m, and those worth more than £2m. The lower value lot is expected to be worth between £30m to £40m over the six-year term, while the higher value lot has an estimated total value of between £160m and £200m.
Contractors interested in bidding have until 22nd June 2015 to register. An industry day is being held on the afternoon of 4th June at West Sussex County Hall in Chichester.
