The framework is divided into four lots, with six or seven contractors on each panel and running for four years. The south London council will invite 12 bidders to tender in each case
Lot 1 is for main building works up to £3.5m in value and is expected to have a total value of between £50m and £200m.
Lot 2 is for main building works over £3.5m in value and is expected to have a total value of between £70m and £280m
Lot 3 is for district mains, boilers & internal works (mechanical works), worth between £10 and £40m in total.
Lot 4 is for internal electrical work and valued at between £2m and £8m in total.
