City Lifting reports that its Spierings truck-mounted tower cranes are much in demand, thanks to their quick set up time and ability to get close to a building and lift up and over – combining the best features of tower cranes and telescopic mobiles. The current fashion for wealthy London homeowners to excavate basements to extend downwards has generated work for machines that are perfect for lifting loads – often ranging from excavators to hot tubs - from street level into back gardens.
