Care will be taken to ensure that the fa莽ade blends in with its local surroundings and it will display the characteristics of a typical Georgian fa莽ade.
The previous building at 14 Grosvenor Street had structural problems, so permission was granted to demolish it and replace it with a new building that compliments the charm of this Mayfair Conservation Area.
榨汁姬 is set to begin in January 2012 and should be completed in April 2012. Work will be undertaken for the client Grosvenor Estates. Sir Robert McAlpine is the main contractor.
