On both sites, the contractor will demolish and replace old school buildings.
The new Brandon primary school will have capacity for 390 pupils, with a nursery unit and day care facilities as well as provide spaces for the community use before and after the school day. Gross internal floor to the school is 2,794m2.
The new Esh Winning school will have capacity for 270 pupils with a 39 place nursery unit. The building will provide library and community facilities for local groups as well as office space for the EWE centre and Sure Start. Gross internal floor area for this school is 2,665m2.
