The five-year agreement, which Forrest secured after an initial year-long deal, will see the firm’s Refurbish and Respond divisions support 11,000 Unity homes across the Leeds area.
The contract includes an option to extend the agreement for a further one or two years.
Forrest, which has seven offices across the north of England, will deliver the work from its Yorkshire operations hub which is based in Leeds.
Forrest chief executive Lee McCarren said: “Yorkshire is a key region for our organisation and Unity one of its leading housing associations, making this agreement a major milestone for our Leeds office.”
Unity Housing Association chief executive Ali Akbor said: “Over the past 12 months of our initial agreement, Forrest’s operational team has provided an excellent level or service which, most importantly, has led to very positive feedback from our tenants.”
