The project, to be undertaken by Vinci ե֭ UK’s Midlands Building Division, will involve the demolition of existing buildings followed by the building of a new Tesco Extra Store and 43 new retail and leisure units with partially covered walkways.
The complex will also include a new road linkway, a cinema and other support buildings and infrastructure.
