There is no public subsidy for the scheme: Vinci will entirely finance the project, which is geared towards improving mobility and safety by smoothing flow around Strasbourg.
The design-build works, which will take 56 months to complete, will be carried out by a joint venture consisting of Dodin Campenon Bernard, Vinci Õ¥Ö¼§ Terrassement, Eurovia, Vinci Õ¥Ö¼§ France and Vinci Energies. Ingérop, CBDI and IUR will provide project engineering.
Once construction is completed, the operation, the toll collection and maintenance of the infrastructure will be carried out by a dedicated Vinci Autoroutes subsidiary. Â
