The contract, which starts this month, covers all the associated telecommunications and tunnel systems for the entire motorway and trunk road network in Wales. Amey and URS/Scott Wilson will manage a range of motorway technology including telephones, signals, CCTV cameras and the two traffic management centres.

By combining this expertise with URS/Scott Wilson’s local knowledge we can deliver an effective service tailored to meet the needs of road users in Wales.”
