The group's management and reporting structure is to be split into three regional centres: Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East, Africa & India (MEAI), all reporting directly to the chief executive officer Dean Webster.

Kim Berry, 57, has been appointed managing director with responsibility for the Asia Pacific region and joins the board of directors as an executive member. Mr Berry is based in Hong Kong and was previously responsible for the group's operations in China. He was previously managing director of Widnell, acquired by Cyril Sweett in July 2010.

Derek Pitcher, previously managing director for Europe, is now given additional responsibility for the MEAI region.  He is supported by Martin Hadnutt as deputy managing director, Europe, and Graham Gill as regional managing director, MEAI.

The reorganisation has prompted Eamonn Kerr, managing director of international operations since 2007, to resign from the company.
