The latest contract, worth £14.1m, is for a combined health centre and primary school on the site of the former Surbiton Hospital.
The contractor will build the facility in Surbiton under a LIFT arrangement for South West London Health Partnerships following collaboration between NHS Kingston and the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames.
Willmott Dixon will start major construction work this month. The school is scheduled to open in September 2012, followed in early 2013 by the health centre.
The two buildings will also share a combined energy centre to save on running costs, while the whole site is designed to encourage 'green travel' in line with GLA directives, with car charging points.
Willmott Dixon is already working on five primary school projects being delivered for Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames under the primary expansion programme.
