Dove & Hawk are excited to be partnered with London's leading co-living operator, and we're looking for a Lettings Executive to join their high-performing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that's shaping the future of shared accommodation for professionals across London.

The Role:
As a Lettings Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our accommodation units in Southwest and West London remain fully occupied throughout the year. Working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maximizing Occupancy: Collaborating with the team to ensure our units maintain high occupancy rates.
• Client Engagement: Presenting our accommodation options to both new and existing professional clients.
• Sales Initiatives: Driving sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Conducting Viewings: Organizing and managing property viewings.
• Negotiations: Handling the full offer process, from negotiation through to key handover.
• Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Applicant Registration: Qualifying applicants and matching them to their ideal homes.
• Customer Service: Delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding client expectations.
• You will need to be in the office 1-day a week, based in Ealing

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a proactive and personable individual with a passion for sales and property. The ideal candidate will have:

• Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales role within the property sector (experience in rooms and shared accommodation preferred).
• Strong Communication Skills: Able to build rapport with clients across a wide range of salary brackets.
• Emotional Intelligence & Persuasiveness: A natural ability to connect and influence.
• Access to a Car: A full driving license and access to a car is essential as you will be covering Southwest London.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (flexible time off in lieu is offered).

Benefits:

• Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission: Basic: £22,500 - £25,000 Basic /OTE: £50K - £55K in your first year.
• Car Allowance: Additional £3K car allowance provided per annum.
• Hybrid Role: A mix of office-based work, remote working, and fieldwork across Southwest London.

• Work-Life Balance: This a hybrid role with only 1-day in the office per week. There is also flexibility for later starts and time off in lieu during the week to compensate for evening and Saturday work.
• Laptop Provided: This will be given to you for work use only, to use when you're working remotely
